Koyo is the creative output of a Tokyo-based studio which explores the fields between design and art. Our work encompasses motion images, digital experiences, writing and translation.
The studio Koyo is named after a restaurant that lasted 100 years. We believe that repetition leads to make new values as everyday repetition makes next 100 years.
We create digital experiences that fit existing environment. Working in between 3D, motion design and software development, we make a proposal to final delivery with perspectives of both design and engineering.
We develop forward looking visuals by utilising new technologies. Our ideas and technologies bring unique 3D imagery to life.
We edit, write and translate in different fields including design, contemporary art, architecture and fashion.
